1 Besides the two acquisitions, Sika has signed an agreement to acquire Chema, Peru. The closing of the acquisition is targeted for 2024.
2 In 2023, Sika reorganized its network of R&D facilities. Therefore, there has been an adjustment in the number of Global Technology Centers compared to the previous year. MBCC’s facilities are included in the scope.
